I have been compensated by the JOHNSON’S® Brand for this post; however, I am sharing my own thoughts. All opinions are my own.
Fun fact, I LOVE style, beauty, all of that. I used to do a lot more chat about it, outfit posts and just beauty hacks when I first started this blog almost 8 years ago (WOAH), but since then life has changed and well, yeah. BUT I still love it all just as much as I did before, I just don’t have nearly as much time as I used to in order to focus on it and put the effort I did before. SO today I am really excited because I’m going to share a few of my favorite affordable beauty hacks using baby products. I’ve used three of these beauty hacks since high school and one of them for the last few months and welp, there’s a reason I keep on using them. One, you can’t beat the price and two, they’re just EASY.
Anyways, so I’m going to just dive right in. Everything I use is baby items from JOHNSON’S® and I literally just add them to my Walmart Pick up order when I’m out and need more. So it’s super convenient too because I can grab them all at the same time as my groceries without having to make an extra trip.
If you’re more in videos, here’s a quick video that really shows demonstrations to everything and then below I broke it all down with in depth descriptions.
- JOHNSON’S® Baby Oil as Cuticle Treatment: I’ve done this since as long as I can remember. It’s just the best, affordable treatment to soften up your cuticles and it goes a LONG way. So I can make one bottle of it last forever! You just pour a little into the cap, dip each finger in, then smooth it into your cuticles, let sit for 5-10 minutes then wash your hands. I typically do this once a week.
- JOHNSON’S® Baby Oil with Shea and Coconut Oil as a Bath Moisturizer: I started doing this during the early winter this year because my skin just gets so dang dry and it was GAME CHANGING. SO I just continued doing it. I typically do it once a month and it keeps my skin feeling soft and hydrated.
- JOHNSON’S® Baby Oil with Shea and Coconut Oil as Shaving Oil: I used to do this with just regular baby oil, but now that they have JOHNSON’S® Baby Oil with Shea and Coconut oil I switched to that. I love using this when shaving because it’s super smooth and keeps razor burn away!
- JOHNSON’S® Baby Powder as a Dry Shampoo + Texturizing Powder: This is my absolute favorite beauty hack and probably the one I’ve done the longest! I will say, for this one you’ve got to have blonde hair otherwise it does show, but it’s seriously so great if you do! It’s not only great for dry shampoo but awesome with texturizing curls or texturizing your hair for braids.
