Welp, checked off another room on our list today! YAY! I feel like things are finally coming together, slowly but surely. We hung the barn door up in Blake’s room today and are officially done with her room…until I find something cute at Target again. 😉 I really wanted to paint it pink, but unfortunately just couldn’t find the right paint to stick to it. SO oh well, it’s white and I actually love it so it works out. The barn door is from Wayfair and actually super affordable (under $400), so I’ll link that here for y’all AND it was the easiest of the three barn doors we have to hang!

For Blake’s room we wanted to keep with the somewhat bohemian vibes we have throughout our house, wood accents, white and pops of color. I found her black duvet at PB teen last year and bought it immediately (because it was on sale) and I friggin’ loved it. So we kind of worked around that. I knew that I wanted to do more of a “big girl” room, mainly just because I didn’t want to have to redo her entire room and buy her a bigger bed in a couple of years. So I said, let’s do one that works now and should last her forever with some small changes. So I’ll just post pictures now (there’s a ton because I never know when to stop), then I’ll link everything at the bottom so it’s easily shoppable for y’all!
