Every year, I do a round up of my favorite swim suits for the modern Mama. This year is no different! So I’ve rounded up my ultimate favorites, made it super easy to shop them and I have a chunk of them, so I give you all the details on sizing and everything 😉 Asos, Target and Nordstrom are hands down my favorite places to shop for Swimwear year after year. They just have a big selection for every body type and their price points are usually affordable. PS. Target currently is buy one get one free today 😉
Suits I have and have tried:
Trina Turk off the shoulder – this was my VERY favorite suit last year and they brought it back again this year. It always sells out super fast and it’s seriously SO good. I’m still obsessed. It’s flattering and holds you in, but feminine and cute with the off the shoulder look. Sizing wise – get your true size and price, it’s a little pricey but I promise it’s worth it. I got a size 6 in this.
Asos Embroidered High waisted bikini – I am weird about two pieces, I wish I could love a good bikini again, but since having a baby it’s just out of my comfort zone, so I tend to go high waisted. I got this one for this coming summer and I’M OBSESSED. It’s made pretty dang well and the price point is perfect. I’m stoked to wear it on our upcoming beach trip! Fit wise, size up one. I have a size 6 top and 8 bottom (because big booty over here)
Mossimo Lace Off the shoulder – I mean, you can’t beat Target prices, this suit is under $40 compared to the Trina Turk. I do love it, as much as my Trina? Eh, that one is hard to beat, but I will be rockin’ this one often this year because the lace detail on the off the shoulder sleeves is the cutest. Fit wise, get your true size! I got a medium.
Target Lace up Striped One piece – I stepped out of my typical all black swim suit trends for this one and it did NOT disappoint. Besides that embroidered one above from ASOS, this will probably be the one I wear the most often this summer. It’s way comfy, price was great and it holds it all in. I got a medium, so grab your true size unless you have a larger chest, then I would size up!
