Every Friday I this month I have been sharing a fun booty workout with My Life Well Loved, Happily Hughes and Walking In Memphis High Heels! So I am excited to keep it going and share another one today! When it comes to working out I am all about quick, effective workouts because well, Mama ain’t got time for anything more than that. So today’s booty workout is one you can do in 10 minutes and anywhere! I’ve been throwing it in during my morning runs and Blake thinks it’s hilarious…thanks for that Blake. I just stop in our neighborhood grassy area, get my booty workout on and then run the rest of the way home. I’ve even made it fun and created in in printable form, you know — so you can print it off and throw it on your bathroom mirror or wherever you put your work outs 😉
