Fit Mom post time! Today I’m going to share with you the workout plan that helped me lose the last few pounds of baby weight! It’s an intense plan, but only a short amount of time and really works!
The plan: 21 Day Fix
This plan is by a company called BeachBody. It’s 21 days of strict dieting and intense workouts. It seriously kicked my butt, but right into shape 😉 Stephanie was my coach, which was great because I need someone who is going to make sure I follow through. Ha! I’m the type of person that will start a diet and quit two days later, so I’m patting myself on the back big time that I accomplished this!
I had to modify my plan for the 21 day fix because I’m breastfeeding, but Stephanie helped me figure out what needed to be changed and then I dove in head first! I lost almost ten pounds and three inches.
Here’s why I recommend it for Mamas, it’s easy and the work outs are short. All the work outs are under 30 minutes. The diet plan comes with containers you fill, so you don’t have to keep track of counting calories or anything. It’s seriously simple!
