Positively Oakes, LLC accepts all major credits cards and PayPal. All payments are finals. There will be no cash or credit card refunds.
Turn Around Time
Currently, Positively Oakes’ shop has a turn around time of 7-10 business days before items are being shipped. This does not include shipping time, see below for shipping information.
All shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service, shipping prices vary on the weight and size of the item being sent. Tracking numbers will be provided at the time the item is shipped for all domestic shipping. International packages will also receive a tracking number but once it has left the United States the tracking will stop. Positively Oakes is not responsible for any international packages once it has left the United States. Packages being shipped within the United States are sent through First class, and will arrive within 5-7 business days, unless you paid for rush processing they will then be sent with Priority shipping which generally takes 2-3 business days (Please be aware that during the holiday seasons items can take longer to arrive even when rush processing is paid for as the post office gets a little behind because of all the packages being mailed for the season), so please plan accordingly. International packages are also shipped via First Class mailing through the United States Postal Service, but can take up to 21 business days to arrive. Positively Oakes is not responsible for any mistakes made on the Post Office’s end or any delays in delivery once within the Post Office’s hands.
International Shipping: Positively Oakes, LLC is not held responsible for ANY international packages once they have left our warehouse. Please be aware that tracking on all international packages stops once it has left the USA. Various countries charge international custom fees: this is out of our control and we are not made aware beforehand if they are going to charge custom fees–as all countries are different. Positively Oakes is not held responsible for any custom fees charged, will not refund for the difference and it is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of this and settle it with their carrier and country. When a custom fee is charged it generally depends on weight–meaning you can most likely expect higher fees, the larger the order. International orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive. Please give the appropriate time allotment for the package to arrive.
Refunds & Exchanges
All payments are final, there will be no cash or credit card refunds. If an item is damaged or the sizing is off, please feel free to contact us and we can do an exchange depending on the circumstances. Please notice though for all headbands we do recommend that you send you or your child’s head circumference for the perfect sizing, but we also understand that some are gifts and exchanges may need to be done. If an item is lost in the mail please contact Positively Oakes directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track the item and contact the post office. If you haven’t received your item and it has been more than 15 business days and is being sent within the United States, a replacement item will be sent to you, after we have been contacted. For international packages please allow at least 30 full days before contacting us for information regarding your order.
As all items are handmade with care and made to order we are currently about 7-10 business days out on turn around time before shipping items. Please plan accordingly.
