GUYS. I have worked out for legit a MONTH straight. This is a big deal. Now, don’t get me wrong, I worked out on and off but I have consistently worked out, every morning Monday-Friday for a MONTH straight. HOLLAAA. It’s taken so much willpower that I can’t help but toot my own horn. *Insert hair flip emoji* Well, one of the top questions I have been asked since documenting my gym selfies err morning on insta-stories is, what is my favorite workout gear for Mamas?! My top question has been, what are my favorite workouts, but I’ll get to that one a little later when I have my workouts perfected. For now, I’ll share some of my fav gym gear because seriously, let me tell you how much of a difference it makes to wear the right clothing and not be picking wedgies the whole time or adjusting your boobs. (Real life people, real life. Take it or leave it). Now, let’s dive in! I’ve broken it down and made it real nice and easy for y’all, you’re welcome 😉 I get it, Mom brain. I want to make this as easy as possible 😉 So I have tops, bottoms, bras and shoes! Ready, set, pick out your favs and get your shop on. Oh AND you might realize there’s only like two pairs of shorts in there and that’s because shorts just don’t work for me personally when I work out, they ride up too much and well…these are all real, true and tested items so I made sure there Mom approved. 😉
Also…as I made this, I just realized that well…I own a whole lot of black errthing when it comes to activewear. Whoops.
