I wish I could say I’ve worked out my entire pregnancy, but well that would be a bold faced lie. However, I do try and get in a few work outs here and there and a walk in every night. Let’s be honest though, we should thank puppy Howie for that walk because if it wasn’t for me I would have zero motivation.

ONE: Prenatal Yoga.
I seriously swear by this. Not only is it beyond relaxing, but it really makes you feel better once you’re done! I generally YouTube a little 20 minute class or occasionally I drag myself to an actual live class. Either way, I highly recommend it!
What I love about this workout is it’s quick and when you’re super busy like this Mama quick is where it’s at! Plus it’s not super draining on my tired pregnant body. Win, win, all around!
