Y’all, I have always wanted to throw a Gender Reveal party, and finally it was my time! Here’s a look at our party and there might just be a video at the end with my reaction!
As some of you know, I am very detail oriented, meaning go big or go home. I went with the traditional pink and blue theme, and everything, I mean everything (minus the cheese and crackers) was either pink, blue or a white as a neutral. So let’s start with the smallest of details, heart confetti from Signsational Sayings, seriously this confetti was fabulous!
These were a HUGE hit with the kids at the party!
Next, let me just show off some food pictures! Seriously, who knew there were so many pink and blue options?! Plus, my fabulous sister, Courtney–she went all out with pink/blue chocolate covered strawberries, marshmallows, all the yummy unhealthy things!
Okay, let me stop and talk about this cake for a second! Isn’t it GORGEOUS?! Seriously, Boise friends, if you live in the area–Brooke at Rowdy Cakes is AH-mazing! Want the drink recipes? Easy: Pink Lemonade & for the blue: 1/2 blue punch/ 1/2 lemonade — and they’re both DELICIOUS!
Let’s chat more little details, from these adorable Photo props from Bella Boo Smile, seriously the cutest things on her site! PLUS she’s offering 15% off purchases $5.00 or more until 2/28/15, just use the code “OAKES15” at checkout! And Pom Poms & balloons, because those are obviously a MUST from Party Surprise — again another fabulous, affordable shop for party decor! Seriously these items completed the look I was going for!
Alright, finally let’s put it all together! And here it what it looked like!!
Want to know where I got the rest of those adorable decorations?!
